Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear (unless faulty)
  • Underwear
  • Accessories (e.g., socks, hats)
  • Final sale items marked “Non-Returnable”

How to Return an Item

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the return using a tracked delivery service.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order at sportiffashion.com.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
